These Terms govern your use of Chaptiva (“Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service

Chaptiva helps monetize game servers by linking Stripe payments to Discord roles and in‑game perks via webhooks and integrations.

2) License

We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service for your own server(s). You may not resell, sublicense, or share access.

3) Accounts & Security

You are responsible for your login credentials, API keys, and Discord bot tokens. Keep them secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4) Billing & Subscriptions

• Plans renew automatically until canceled.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Cancel anytime via the Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5) Acceptable Use

• No fraud, chargeback abuse, or circumvention of entitlements.
• Do not use the Service in ways that violate game EULAs, Discord’s terms, or applicable law.
• No attempts to interfere with our systems, rate limits, or security.

6) Availability

We strive for high uptime. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or incidents. We may modify features with notice when practical.

7) Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in your content and server configurations. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use it to improve the Service.

8) Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we process it.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse. You may cancel any time using the Customer Portal.

10) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaptiva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims is limited to fees you paid for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Chaptiva harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll provide notice (e.g., email or in‑app). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Bucharest will have exclusive jurisdiction.
